Return Process

  Log into your MegaKfood account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original, unopened packaging, ensuring that all labels and seals remain intact to qualify for a full refund.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a home pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
